Orange Shirt Day is held every year on September 30th. It is a day to remember the children that attended Residential School in Canada. Wearing an Orange Shirt helps to not only remember this legacy, but to also create awareness that Every Child Matters.
Orange Shirt Day is also an opportunity to create conversations focused on reconciliation.
